We have three distinct service offerings:
- An Internet Job Board whereby our Members and Non – Members can search the job board for suitable positions and apply direct to our client. To employers who seek to employ Ex- Military personnel and to Recruitment Agencies who act on behalf of employers we offer a competitive priced job posting service
- A recruitment consultancy offering a full range of recruitment services to employers who seek to employ Ex – Military personnel
- An advertiser of training courses and training and education providers who target Ex- Military personnel as customers
Our Candidates
Our growing live database of Candidates ( Members ) cover a vast range of skills sets, from Project Managers, Petroleum Operators, Helicopter Pilots and Security Consultants to Engineers from all disciplines, to Drivers, Catering personnel and many more. Members may be currently preparing to leave the Services (resettling), have already left and are looking for employment or are currently employed and looking for change or betterment. Depending on the skills sought and the job location we are typically able to offer a number of suitably qualified candidates for any given vacancy. We currently have a membership in excess of 15,000 which is growing daily.
